Office Mart had three of its branches run promotions in the month of November 2015 to promote various products:
680 Branch-The promotion ran in partnership with mobile phone vendor Techno saw walk-in customers receiving free hugs from a robot-clad person. The mascot served as an attraction to many customers, and encouraged them to walk-in and take a look at the various products on display, therefore increasing brand awareness.
Junction and Yaya Centre branches-Here, the promotion was held in conjunction with HP and was intended at increasing awareness of the HP brand. Customers took part in a ‘spin the wheel’ competition that gave them a chance to win various prizes. A DJ was also present to hype the crowd.
