ICT Africa introduced Aruba Network in January 2016. Aruba is enhanced in regards to security and accessibility from non-Ramco members. Previously, when an outsider logged on to the network, they could access the specific company’s files and documents, therefore posing a security threat.
Whenever a guest wants to log on to the network, a ticket is generated which also comes with a one-off password that the guest can use.
Aruba also distinguishes between Ramco Group users and other users, therefore when an outsider logs on to the network, they cannot access the company’s documents.
