Ramco Group introduced a group recruitment software at the beginning of 2016. The module serves to:
• Make the recruitment process seamless for both the applicant, Group recruitment & Induction manager
• update the applicants on the job position available in the Ramco Group
• Attract a diverse skilled workforce
• Create a structured on-boarding process
Interested applicants can simply visit the Ramco Group website, select careers and view available vacancies or register and upload their resume for archiving. Once registered they can send their applications on their preferred job interest thereafter receive an automated email informing them that their application has been received. So far the database has attracted over 4000 applicants
