Ramco Group’s Manoj Mehta delivered a lecture on ‘the importance of having a customized and robust BCP for the organization to face the unforeseen – natural or external environment’s adversities’ at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India-Nairobi Chapter. The event was held on 13th May at the Oshwal Centre and attended by its 50 members. The objective of the event was to share knowledge and educate members for opportunities in BCP consultancy and helping organisations to plan for continuity through a tested PLAN B. The audience participated whole heartedly in a case study while drafting BCP for a KPO and evoking of this BCP during political unrest.
