Google has made a positive impact on many businesses and Flexoworld’s sales team is now using Google Docs to compile, save and share their daily sales reports. The sales team updates their news on each customer to Google Docs allowing the Sales Manager to view it remotely and provide quick feedback and advice. The new system is efficient for all parties in addition to capturing the communication history between a client and the sales person.
