In April 2014, Ramco Group sponsored a number of Personal Assistants and Administration staff to attend a training session at Villa Rosa Kempinski. The training was geared at enhancing executive and team performance within the various organizations while contributing to the smooth running of operations on a day-to-day basis. Among the areas touched upon were excellent communication and etiquette skills, project and time management, managing events, planning and budgeting, minute taking, effectively managing meetings and attitude change. As Catherine Juma of Platinum Packaging said, It was an eye-opening course and the knowledge we gathered will definitely help us perform better in our careers.
