Established in 1986 in a small go-down along Enterprise Road in Nairobi\u2019s Industrial Area, the company began with a focused vision and entrepreneurial drive. Through discipline and quality production, it steadily built a strong presence in Kenya\u2019s packaging sector.<\/p>\n
In 1992, operations moved to its own premises along Mombasa Road, now known as the Ramco Group Industrial Park. This relocation supported increased production capacity and positioned the business for long-term expansion.<\/p>\n
Growth continued in 2013 with the introduction of alternative packaging solutions and the addition of Roto Moulding Powder to the product portfolio. These developments reflected responsiveness to market needs and a commitment to innovation.<\/p>\n
The 2017 plastic bag ban required operational adjustments across the industry. Polythene Industries responded by refining processes and diversifying its offerings, reinforcing its adaptability in a changing regulatory environment.<\/p>\n
