Boniface Watuka Ngundo has been with the company for 25 years, right from when it was Rambhai & Co. Ltd to the present day ASL Steel Division. He started off in 1987 as a casual worker in the press department until 1989, when he was taken on as a full-time employee. Boniface is a skilled press machine operator and has garnered years of experience using the Lagan press machine. He is also conversant with welding, fitting and operation of various machines.<\/p>\n
\u0093Besides running the machines, I have also become quite knowledgeable about maintenance, and can even tell what\u0092s wrong with a machine just by the sound it makes!\u0094, he adds. Boniface enjoys working at ASL Steel Division and appreciates the fact that he has been able to enhance his skill set.
